It’s only fitting that our milestone 10th Anniversary Celebration would be our most successful yet, raising $170,000, which significantly exceeded our fundraising goal. Because of you, Forward Momentum Chicago continues to open doors of opportunity to Chicago’s youth by providing dance education programs year around. Thank you for your belief in the transformative power of dance, and for demonstrating what’s possible when we all dance toward the dream.
The 2024 Relevé Soirée Honoree
Randy Duncan
Relevé Soirée honored Randy Duncan, Dance Department Chair, Chicago Academy for the Arts. Forward Momentum Chicago's goal to provide dance education to communities without access has been the hallmark of Randy's work.
As a renowned dance educator and choreographer, Mr. Duncan's contributions have advanced the professional careers of many young dancers. Throughout the years, FMC has had the privilege of partnering with the Chicago Academy for the Arts and Mr. Duncan to facilitate ongoing dance education for FMC's most promising students.
