Because of supporters like you, Forward Momentum Chicago has spent over a decade bringing innovative dance programs to nearly 3,000 students each year. As a result, we’ve helped students develop life skills that will be used long after our programs end.
But today, our students need us more than ever. With arts funding cuts and CPS budget challenges, the number of schools and organizations that can afford to provide dance programming is down 45% compared to last year. As a result, thousands of students will not have access to arts programming.
Our Students Need Us, And We Need You.
We have schools eager to welcome us back who simply don't have adequate funding. Your gift not only helps FMC bridge the gap for schools, but it also helps us to expand free community dance classes, and offer full scholarships to students anxious to enroll in our Summer Dance Camp.
